Move in with your parents, don't ever fucking move out until you are going to go insane from it. don’t do it anon. I did it and I spent 5 years there spinning my wheels. I saved a ton of money and helped my mom out, but that’s about it. You lose the drive to improve and succeed. COVID hitting was also bad timing, but I basically lived like a hermit. I’m in my own place now and much happier.
Unless you’re broke/your salary doesn’t afford you the opportunity, try living on your own and work hard to keep it that way so you can stay somewhat independent.

Moved back in with my mom at 29. I am almost 32 now. I went from paycheck to paycheck with 20k debt to 70k liquid cash. A $500 bill use to cause me stress, now I don’t check my bank ever. There’s always about 2k in my checking.

After getting debt free I cut all expenses to nothing. I have no car note and no debt ever now. I save 10 percent to Roth 401k and 50% of my net income. I see no reason to move out, why pay some boomers retirement when I can help my mom out with groceries and stuff.

As far as people looking down on me, 60 percent of Americans can’t come up with 1k without debt. I know it’s true because it was me. They can suck my fucking cock.
