Basically they tried to turn the buy button off again by delaying confirmation of the plan which prompted the 8k being filed to return the security to OTC from expert markets. It was half shorts doing anything they can for one more day and it was half brokers and FINRA shitting their fucking pants and realizing shit was about to get very real. Trading should resume within 24-48 hours from the 8k being filed now that the ticker is compliant again and if it doesn't it still doesn't matter because it's very likely this ends as an equity issuance to prior shareholders with said equity being issued being what would run.
