They hired literally thousands of people just to work phones when we went remote and then that happened, and wait times for actual rich people were skyrocketing from like 30 seconds to an hour or some shit. When the costume thing happened it caused such a PR shitstorm internally that a memo went out to everyone on customer support with a script for how to apologize about it. It wasn't a conspiracy. Just a bad move from their dipshit social media team.

Fun fact, DRS isn't even in the office chatter anymore because the volume has subsided so severely. The reduction in numbers isn't some conspiracy either. The fad simply died down, and I think it has everything to do with Superstonk consistently conducting themselves like lame faggots and attacking anyone who doesn't act like a lame faggot with downvotes.
