binance doesn't seem to allow me to import XMR?

I'm more interested in the reverse, cashing out XMR into fiat. It isn't illegal unless you don't declare it as taxable, and of course I would be doing my service as a citizen and declaring that as taxable.

you can do that too depending on the seller. once i have a more permanent location, im gonna reactivate my account and offer xmr/ cash/ gold exchanges in any direction.
