Why am I so much less stressed after getting liquidated for all of my Bitcoin?

It’s like a weight has come off my shoulder, even though what I lost will probably be worth millions by 2030 or so

It’s just weird. I feel much lighter now. Like I can actually focus on the present moment instead of obsessing over the future scenario
