when i was in medical school I had to do this community day volunteer thing, where i toured a large group home for people with barely functional to non functional mental retardation. companies would give these people very simple jobs, like putting 5 of each part in a bag, and then pay them sub minimum wage, like one or two dollars an hour. somehow it's legal because it qualifies as a pity job. pretty disgusting desu.

Zoomers and late millennials unlock an entirely different tier of achievements. I love em though. They're the strangest combination of apathetic slacker gen x, and overtly doted on helicopter parents millennials.

Sometimes I really wonder if I'm actually so retarded that everyone sees it except me.

they literally give the job to the first idiot who makes them laugh
then they wonder why there is so little job performance
despite studying my whole life to be an accountant, I still use duck race to pay my rent, and I'm still stuck on the subway next to my house

Having disabled people in your company is the new trend.

Black people, LGBTQ and immigrants have been going out of fashion for a while.

Companies have been shuffling them out slowly. Now getting blind people or similar is the hot new

realistically, I have no problem hiring disabled white people. they are just as smart as their non-disabled counterparts.

Except when they are deaf. It makes them live in their own bubble. Buy discreet.

And what exactly is wrong with that? They still will push out the same amount of work if they're competent. I know a few deaf people and some of them are much smarter than some people I know.
