I turned 32 recently. Feel like I've hit the wall in terms of taking risky financial behaviors to escape a life of wagecucking. Didn't work out for me, net worth is still less than a median house. Going to work until I die like everyone else.

Probably around a year ago. The only thing I don’t have is money. I’ve been married 13 years and have 3 kids. Wife only weighs 105 lbs and takes good care of herself. Nice house with a pool. Cars are paid off. No credit card debt.

The way people get to 1mil is from investment or a successful business.
Someone getting 8% with 100k invested, who can add another 20k/year from waging and they'll be at 1m in 16 years.
Guess saving 20k/year can be rough without a good job, but if someone got one after going to school when they're 22, they'll be a millionaire at 38.
Which will be basically worth even less after inflation, probably not even enough to retire on.

Sounds pretty good overall anon. I'm in almost your exact situation (kids, marriage time, age). Barely over $1mm net worth, but like you, it's mostly not liquid. Remember, we live in a country that is totally built out. It's not like we can just start any old business and make it. Everything is saturated. That said, and I'm not sure of your industry, but have you considered starting a business? It's by far the quickest way to gain both flexibility and money. If that isn't in the cards for you, perhaps remote work would quickly improve your overall quality of life. Godspeed anon.

The fact that people still bitcoin now a days makes it so clear to me shit is dead.

We are down 50% from ATH, that means that even if we got back to ATH (we probably wont based on numerous examples of bubble charts) that would only be a 2x increase. Yet these people still advertise bitcoin as "we are all gonna make it" "generational wealth" and "lambo".

It's just so absurd to think at this point in time crypto is still gonna go parabolic. And the fact that everyone and their grandmothers know about it by now or hold/held some crypto at some point is also clear proof that the days of wealth creation are over.

Now it's basicly just an alternative to saving or index fund, but much more risky. BTC could go to $60k as sure as it could drop to $3k really.

The fact that 99% of crypto is a blatant (VC) scam or pump and dump only makes it clear you have about the same luck, or often better odds, than in a casino.

The last chance to make it in crypto was 2018, and maybe 2021 IF you already had 6 digit wealth. But if you got in to crypto after that, you can forget about it and maybe hope to make a 2x if you play your cards right.

Crypto is over, governments and blackrock are gonna make sure no normies (and yes that includes you faggots) are ever gonna 'make it'.
