I mentioned this in another thread. I became a life insurance agent earlier this year and I personally pour my heart into it, so I make good money doing it, but I've known independent agents (basically means you're freelancing and working your own hours) that easily make $24,000 a year, and I mean like without even trying. Cool thing about this is that you make money on yearly renewals so it's almost like a turnkey operation where you get money for policies you've already sold.

I did real estate years ago and you can make a small amount of money relatively easily with minimal effort. You have to be cooooool with rejection though.
