everything is overpriced and sucks
homeowners want me to pay for their stupid design decisions for their renovations which they think entitles them to charge a ton
theres no good value
i looked into building my own house but the contractors mostly suck
i think im going to buy an industrial warehouse and build a living quarters in it

We have the most expensive houses in Europe compared to spending power. Places in Lisbon more expensive than London. Either you move inland or to a small shit tier town or those 50k will net you a 10m2 appartment. I dunno, this country is one of the best to live in but one of the worst to work in.
tl,dr: if you come here to work, don't bother, just go spain, 50k will not be enough
