Bitcoin kept crashing down to $3,500 during a time of 0% interest rates, spam money printing, and everyone and their dog "making it" with unlimited spending

Now imagine what happens during the next 5 years of 5-10% interest rates, no spamming money printing, very limited spending.

The first 15 years of Bitcoin was a bull market. Now we enter a 5 year Bitcoin bear market.

Interest rates don't matter for bitcoin its a different asset class. Also lmaoing @ 5 years of 5-10% interest rates they're cutting them straight to zero so as they realize they fucked this economy beyond belief.

Gigacope. People borrow money to buy Bitcoin. When interest rates are high, people cannot do this anymore without serious risk.

Gigacope. Interest rates aren't coming down for a long time.

The last 15 years of low interest rates is done. That experiment failed. We're entering a new era now.

>> No.55863242

>5-10% interest
just means you're inflating more than 5-10%
bitcoin will average a lot more than a 60% increase from $30,000 over the next 5 years, and those rates will be at least halved by the end of 2025.

the people who truly have to worry are those in altcoins that have made "yield" their defining principle. alts, as much more fiat currency analogs than bitcoin, have to find a new narrative for the next cycle outside of "passive income".

Are you even aware of the situation Mr Moonboi?

Bitcoin crashed down to $3k multiple times before when we had 0% interest rates and free money going around.

We're never going back to those kind of monetary policy until the end of this decade. My estimation is 5 years so 2028/2029

You know what, I'll hand it do you perma-bulls, you're really super autistic about line go up that you see everything as bullish and that nothing ever bad can go wrong, and if it does, the government will set in to save you immediately and make the pain go away

You think this is actually happening.
Cute.

Explain how the 10 year yield isn't 15% already. Is it because the government is so serious about cutting spending?
