There historically was no "right to privacy" because any surveillance was unenforceable. It's a "right" we always had, and it was "the people we pay taxes to" who one day said that they not only want the taxes, but to watch everyone as well.
Saying "you have no right to privacy" is like the Commissar coming into your home and declaring it "our house, comrade".

Usually when I chat and discuss everything over a walk with a friend this is the most important topic we come onto. In short. To know what a cure is you need to know what the cure actually cures.

The more you enslave yourself inside the corridors of power and its first-born, desire, the less freedom you've basically got.
For example. You need to live a life on a lie.
By living by lies you are also lying your self because you fear truth more than you love having your free will.

Yes. You want some material security.
But you also want some emotional security.

Both take time to come by and in a sense you can't pursue both. Either it's control, power, wealth, material security, or it's freedom, movement, life lived true to your highest being.

Some are more driven by having emotional security, ie. mastering your life into living meaningfully in this world, but you'd also need something substantial to build on to actually live it. Some hate slaving over pennies no matter how they serve.

Most people mentally and emotionally are ready to advance towards realization of this, and then there's the completely demoralized ones, degenerated into goblins, taking the path of 'the chosen people' who use more energy suppressing their awakening than anything else. They're sold on power and a positioning within its system where money takes root in most of these so-called "people".

Knowing power and freedom, desire appears. Temptation has many forms, but in short in real teams wealth simply is your overall health. Period. And you need freedom to realize this, too.

Privacy is the will towards shielding your sacred energy from desire and temptation by immoral beings. Of course the ones advocating against freedom advocate against privacy as well, because in their God-forsaken 'life' nothing is sacred and everything should be public for them to speculate on. Violence can become a viable solution.

Imagine if 150 years ago back in Wild West/Colonial times the govt had said "every time you buy something with Federal money we will have a man out watching the money change hands".
Nobody would stand for it. People are being herded into the slaughterhouse and are just shuffling along, assuming everything is OK because everyone else is heading the same way with their heads down.
