As an artist, I can tell you that seeing your ideas produced much better than you ever could does kind of dissuade you from continuing. As far as a squeeze goes, I don’t have sufficient data to know. It’s seems possible to me that they delayed their problem with basket swaps, but I won’t pretend to know for sure. If it’s true and SI remains extraordinarily high, but concealed, then I have no idea how long hedgefunds can kick the can, but I’m not particularly concerned either way because if it’s true then I’m comfortable waiting to see the result.
