there are centralizing forces with PoW due to economies of scale. just look at the distribution of hash power in Bitcoin, it's just a couple of companies controlling the majority of it. if you have friends who are into crypto I bet you personally know more people who participate in PoS than PoW, which proves my point wrt accessibility. people with more money will always have more power, that's orthogonal to both PoS or PoW (or anything in the real world really, have you heard about lobbying?). also the whole "rich get richer" meme about PoS is maxi propaganda, if you stake your coins your stake grows in the same proportion as that of a whale. please do try to actually refute the points I'm making, instead of coming up with stupid strawman arguments.
