I get it’s not for everyone, but people are so fucking lazy nowadays. So much of biz is filled with how can I get 5 wfh jobs and nab up 400k+ a year. Pretty much this. I've done nearly every job at UPS. If you like driving, feeders is where it's at, as you make the same as a delivery driver but don't have to lift a single box ever.

I got out of driving as I realized they don't age well at all.. plus it's hard to hold a family life. You're constantly under stress of making time, dealing with bad drivers, power walking everywhere etc.
It's a good way to make full time tho.
Then you can transfer to a cushy inside position like me and just make a little less but no stress.

At the end of this contract drivers will make $49 an hour, which is about 102k without overtime. Building workers will make around $43.44 which is just over 90k. I'll take that over breaking my body down for 30 years just for an extra 12k.

If you're young, I'd say drive for 4 years to get overtime and get top pay rate.. and if your near an air hub, work there because the air ramp feels like a completely different company. They just want you safe around the planes and don't rush you.
