of course zestimate is bullshit. even zillow does not guarantee it. MLS has much more accurate numbers.

you can't get mad if a boomer doesn't want to sell his mcmansion for a realistic number, just move on the to next. remember property tax + insurance is a pain in the ass so if he wants it gone bad enough it'll be gone. it costs you zero dollars to offer a bid
