>Start applying to places you want to work in and slowly build your way up.
A few additional tips. Int. organizations are highly nepotistic so be sure to get some kneepads if you want to progress. Americans are viewed very favorably so you'll have an advantage if you're a burger. Knowing as many languages as possible is a big plus, particularly if you know the local language where the int. organization is located. Be prepared to do a lot of internships for very little to no money for a while. However, once you are in the system, you're in.
