Just bought a house. Yeah I got it for 15% less than what the seller originally wanted, but interest rates have shot up. So it's a moot point for a normal person forced into a 30 year mortgage. The only people who are able to take advantage of housing drops are richfags who can just drop an assload of cash and buy outright.
