my strategy the past several months has been rolling all of my profit into JEPI/JEPQ 50/50 mix, my thought process is that if higher rates exert negative pressure on the equity holdings it will get made up by the out of money calls the fund sells, both by them expiring out the money and also by premiums going higher, and that the dividends will capture any rise in the dollar.

you're obviously going to find - with every penny stock - extremely bearish narratives. major lawsuits, or grossly incompetent management, or an attempt to compete in a space where the competitors are viewed as far too entrenched for another player to have a hope. ignore all of that and look for the product-market fit and make diversified bets across multiple sectors if you want to play penny stocks
