> Insider here. I've been with chainlink labs since mid 2019 right after mainnet launched. At first it seemed like any normal tech startup with a few quirky things here and there. Since the day I started Sergey would do what at first seemed like team building exercises. He would have us play a game similar to red rover to demonstrate the security chainlink oracles provide to the blockchain. A little childish but I've seen worse at twitter and Google orientations. One day I witnessed him fart on Adylnn in the break room claiming it was "dust attack" and waddle back to his office laughing. Everyone went about their business like they saw nothing.

> Nothing seemed to cross the line until one day Sergey explained that we would be demonstratrating a new concept called keepers and looked up. It was only then everyone noticed the cage installed on the ceiling. "It's to demonstrate decentralized upkeep." I saw Adylnn's face turn pale as she was selected as the volunteer. I honestly fear what would of happened if we didn't immediately vote to release her. Sergey threw a chair and stormed into his office grumbling that he wish he still had 2/3rds of the votes. After word got out a team of HR was hired.

> I've witnessed nothing serious other than a few unwarranted dust attacks in the office. A few colleagues said Sergey forced them to sign NDAs while he played human centipede and explained a concept called "cross chain interoperability." I haven't seen them in a few weeks and their family called looking for them a few times.
