did they take the mainnets off the explorer because only snx and aave are using them or something and they dont want to confuse people?

this would be better than them having issues.

Chainlink oracles are one thing, but CCIP is a terrible product. One of the worst bridges. Total letdown.

>> No.55641907

>>55641857
Chainlink oracles and CCIP are good products but as always none of the value actually flows to the LINK token. Chainlink will continue to subsidise the entire crypto space for 10 years because Sergey is a fat beta male.

Chainlink is a neither a layer 0 nor a layer 2. It's a decentralized oracle network that connects everything. It's a substrate, not a layer.

Compare that to Polkadot, which is a Layer 0. It is centralized in nature and requires that everything sync up to the relay chain.

I don't think CCIP is a good product at all. It's one of the worst bridges. It's just another mint/lock third party validation bridge (in this case a multi-sig) with extremely slow executions.

They dropped the ball. I think it was an exit scam.

>> No.55644594

>>55644144
At least be accurate in your FUD. The current script is that CCIP is impressive tech but no value will flow through the network as a result.

As a result of what? Of it being good tech? How does that make sense?

Patrick Collins found a critical vulnerability with CCIP during the Code4rena audit but he did not submit it to the contest.
Instead he submitted his findings to Dan Elitzer and Dan Elitzer and Patrick Collins and a few other VCs are in the process of blackmailing Sergey right now over Zoom for cheap LINK tokens in exchange for keeping the problem quiet.
Once the VCs have control over 51% of all LINK tokens they will moon it to 1keoy.

>>55641702
Can't comprehend the tech that Chainlink's CCIP is pumping out? You must be one of those retards who sold the bottom and bought the top in 2021. Sad.

Let's start with basics. Chainlink's CCIP, or Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, for the uninitiated, is not just another blockchain buzzword. It's a game-changer. It's like TCP/IP for blockchains- no more isolated computers, it's a whole interconnected universe now. It's making the world of blockchain as borderless as it was meant to be, ready for enterprise applications.

You say no value is gonna flow through the network, right? LMAO. The real value here is the infrastructural boost that the CCIP is giving to the entire ecosystem. Faster transactions, lower fees, better interconnectivity - it's like the internet in the 90s, man.

Now let's talk about LINK. We've seen bull runs, bear markets, even the most brutal crypto winters, and yet, we're still standing. And you know why? Because we believe in the tech.

While you're out here spreading FUD, we're quietly stacking our LINKies, getting ready for the next bull run. And oh boy, it's gonna be a glorious one. And in the midst of it all, will be us LINK Marines, celebrating as we ride our LINKies to a new ATH.

Keep crying about 'no value' all you want. But remember, while you do that, the LINK marines will be prepping our moon suits.

CCIP wasnt even a narrative 2 years ago. Kek how convenient you swept all the other failures under the rug.
Link was never about price feeds, vrf, deco, mixicles, arbitrum or staking, it was always about CCIP!

I'll tell you what, you can use this bridge and pay $10 to bridge $10 and wait 1 hour for your transaction to go through, so long as the multi-sig doesn't steal all your assets, and I'll use a MUCH faster bridge and pay FAR less in fees and not have to worry about a third party stealing my assets.
