A major bank crashed, locking people away from their fiat funds. Others, fearful of losing their fiat, turned to BTC. That was the first spike upwards. Then another bank bit the dust.

So now we're chilling at 30k with mumus patiently awaiting another bank death, and bobos hoping it's just a dead cat bounce still descending from previous ath.

Stock market was going up. Crypto price movements correlate with the stock market at a 1-1 basis

>> No.55641258

>>55641189
To me it's actually concerning that crypto didn't rise even more, as stocks were rising. That tells me that the crypto selling pressure if we subtract the overall market buying pressure indicated by stocks, is still high.
I suspect that all it takes is for the stock market to slow down, before crypto starts falling again. Never mind the stock market actually dropping (which is definitely a strong possibility in this macro), which could cause so much crypto selling that we're back to the lows of winter and even beyond.

You dumb retard the correlation was gone after ftx

>> No.55641416

>>55640734
16k was first of all only because of ftx
Then there was extreme bullshit priced in, like collapse in two weeks and europe freezing that needed to get priced out.
Also smart money saw the bottom is in and frontrunned the halving frontrunners.
