I had a 100 sqft cuckshed built in my backyard for $5k, I did the insulation drywall and flooring myself. I do IT and have never done any of this shit before. I had electrician do the wires, there was a light pole already out here I cut down and we used that line to power the shed. I have window ac unit. Live in texas its 101 outside and cooler inside my shed than my house. I was getting tired of doing the work and thought Id pay someone to do the flooring. They wanted 1k minimum. I did it myself for $200. I also ran my own dataline cause wireless is for fags. That shit is 50k because of all the floor to ceileing glass, windows, and other over priced bullshit. That thing is also shorter than mine. Mine is 16ft and I have half of a second floor for storage. I had a 1bed room apt before, I lived in the living room and didnt even use the bedroom. If you a guy that just needs a desk for your computer and a chair a cuckshed is really all you need. Get a mini fridge a water hose and a hole to shit in and your are set. You live off of fast food and door dash anyways.
