Smallcaps have a big chance of becoming irrelevant, either dying out after a while or crabbing for all eternity. This is the kind of thing people will hold for years and years with no noticeable change on anything.
Bigcaps can also become irrelevant (AVAX, FTM) but they also are targets for hacks and shit like that (again, FTM). Also one controversy can seriously impact things (ICP).

For me it's midcaps. Decent volume, decent online presence, decent premise. At the moment I'm sucking Kava's cock, it's the perfect definition of midcap.
