Yes and no.
If reports to the AWS division are made, they can revoke access to their systems, just like cloudflare.
On the other hand, TEEs are still the superior form of data handling online. Pretty much uncrackable.

The marlin devs are merely translating that tech in a crypto environment. How it should handle smart contracts, etc.
