nips are more imaginative and optimistic about future concepts like a metaverse, VR and crypto

english speakers identify with being cynical and complaining about everything

>> No.55599330

>>55596757

Because metaverse has no clear path, it's a vague idea with no foundation.

Zuck and his friends are too wishy washy to simply lay out a foundation and build from that due to all the possibilities for "offending people", "safe places".

The U.S. government is a bunch of cunts who use "illegal pixels" argument to blackmail, harass, seize, ban.

Meta doesn't want a lawsuit because of someone possibly doing lewd acts on their platform streaming to many users.

However decentralization and encryption will be the solution to this ridiculousness.

>> No.55599532

Anon, they've got to experience the metaverse in their cars and their optimism will be over the roof.

Theres a metaverse project that is built out to completion right now, and they're in testing and marketing research phase right now, in a few months, or before, the press will be able to use the technology for a few weeks before it is advertised. There is already a community invested in the project, and there are already very powerful angel investors with their hands in the project.

There's celebrities, massive corporations, politicians, and extremely famous artists already aware of this project, not because of fake hype or marketing like we saw with Bored Apes, but because of the subject matter and the social/cultural significance this project will have on the internet/virtual reality. This was a grassroots projects that had the right drive, idea, and culturally significant connections to pull this off. It's not a corporate project.

You will call this a LARP, but there is an unlikely candidate that could potentially mega-jumpstart a world into a new digital age.

I hope you're ready for a new world.
