It would be pretty hard to do it if you have no prior experience starting your own business. 99% of them fail even for the people who know what they're doing.
Rather than an insane goal like $1m, just try to make 10K with it first. It's not a lot, but if you can prove to yourself that you can actually turn a profit then you can scale up later. You're also less likely to burn yourself out that way.
I went from 3K to 200K over the past couple years just by making a bubble app which solved a problem I was having. Turns out other people had similar problems and were willing to pay for it also, so that might be a starting point. Figure out what problems you have and try to fix them and you might get lucky.
