Haven't you ever seen Mulan? Matchmaking is about having a pool of potential partners that you teach how to be desirable and then you market them. Vetting the men would be a little difficult, it would require actual labor to keep up the value of the pool. I doubt it could be done through an app, salary or education or whatever aren't really a reliable indicator. A lot of men seek status specifically to fuck lots of women, and a lot of men are willing to pay a lot of money for casual sex, so its pretty hard to put up criteria or a monetary barrier to weed out promiscuous men. So it seems like something you'd have to do through direct vetting.
