I have to redraft my resume. I think it’s ZipRecruiter which has some “Auto-Recruitment” AI that reads my resume to find if I’m suitable. I post it to jobs I qualify for in every aspect and it hits me with an “X” and says I’m not qualified. I don’t know what is missing on it that it does that, but I dread thinking I’m applying on LinkedIn and companies are using similar bots to fucking dumpster my shit
