If a company has a shitty application it means they don't care about the application experience for their applicants. From you, one could presumably also assume they don't care about their workers. It's a sign of incompetence and why even apply for an incompetent company? If I'm looking for new work and the company has a shitty application, I just skip it and move onto the next company.
