I've been hodling since 2019. I'm curious about what a positive outcome for Brave would practically do for Brave's ability to grow and increase transaction volumes on chain. I'm out of the loop right now, only reason I'm holding is because Brendan Eich has been a winner with the products he has created and is someone staking his likeness on social media on the product.

Brave quality has been dropping rapidly this year. I'm about to dump the browser. First they designated me as a bot and revoked my BAT. Then they keep sending me ads even though I've now been forced out of Brave Rewards. Now I'm having serious issues with the browser, too, often unable to properly play browser games etc. Tomorrow, seeing other companies' ads won't surprise me.

Brave is unironic trash now. I basically need to load all of my passwords on something else.

I think that failing one captcha might be a permaban now. Not sure. I noticed, however, that all of my devices were banned simultaneously. So it's possible that using a laptop at work and at hotels caused me to be designated as le inhuman monster, and from there Brave designated my entire private residence etc. (every device sharing an IP with a machine running my browser) as a bot. In other words, Brave has now likely shadow banned use of their browser in hotels, but we don't know what exactly is causing the bans which makes it far worse. Could just be a totally arbitrary decision to save money.
