while our crypto world is crashing around us, what's the best investment you've made?

i bought my townhouse when i was 25 for $54k, at the very bottom of the housing market crash.
my mortgage is less than more apartments around here, and i rented out my spare room for the first 5 years and made maybe a $20 profit after paying mortgage+HOA fees every month.

the townhouse is now worth around $150k.
