Is 50/50 BTC/ETH still the best play for this bear run? I can DCA $1000-$2000 every month

go 80/20 BTC and LINK
that's what I'm doing anyways

>> No.55476669

>>55476642
why do you still believe in LINK? I bought like $10k worth march 2020, then dumped half once we hit $17, then dumped the rest at around $45. Havent touched since. Only bought it because it was a new thing and all of /biz/ and much of /pol/ was posting massive autism posts about it daily.
The only reason I think BTC/ETH is because they're too big to fail given a bull market comes back. No matter what people say I know it's going to pump. Similar to the AT&T/Verizon combo

new thing, as it was not mainstream in a bull run. Made mid 5 figures from being a retard with just LINK in one year btw
>>55476705
pretty good desu. Do you think Monero will outperform ETH? I Doubt it but curious to hear your thoughts. 10% is pretty low conviction though

50/25/25 btc eth link

Long term hodl if you want to make it in 10-20 years

>> No.55476757

you can just buy eth then long btc on it with 1x leverage and youre basically guaranteed not to face liquidation

fair enugh as a definition
we're not entering a bear run though, that shit's retarded

>> No.55476833

>>55476738
yeah this was my exact stack in 2020. I don't believe in HODL though. Nearly everyone that actually makes it buys when things are cheap like now and sells at after a year within the bull run at the latest. If not 6-9 months within it. There's also a lot of money to be made going for quick flips. Last time I would dump $1000 or so on a shitcoin before it pumped, then sell once an influencer shilled it or it got to a 5x or so. IMO half the money, if not more, you can make is just going for those flips during the bull market
>>55476760
what do you think happens? I think Q3/Q4 will be absolute shit and then we go up from there

That's not really a bear run is it? That's a dip.
I'm betting this year will close green. And the next. And the next. Then the bear comes.

>> No.55476928

>>55476893
Yeah I think we'll just see a dip. What makes you so confident about 2025 being the peak bull run? I think it's likely to play out like that but I wonder about your argument as to why

eth isn't bitcoin. it won't be "that coin to have" forever. eth didn't even made a bitcoin ATH last bullrun. to be honest there's just bitcoin. you can gamble I'd say 5-10% MAX of your bitcoin into whatever coin you think will explode.

>> No.55477923

>>55477837
I don't see why monero would gain much value despite having a valid use case, it's not a store of value and crypto in general is about money. link I'm not sure if it's really needed. I've heard xrp despite being a dogshit project is set to x10 or x30 from technical analysts, but you shall probably research thoroughly before investing and not just listen to people on forums

Most of these plays will 20x+ and a few will 100x or higher.

That's a very solid plan that will outperform the stock market massively and doesn't expose you to some of the usual pitfalls of the shitcoin casino. The critical trick will be to sell at the correct time during the 2024/5 bullmarket. You don't want to see those gains evaporated while you're waiting for even higher highs.

If you hodled BTC since 2017 or before you would come out ahead by a lot even with the ups and downs. Even if you went all in at the 2017 top you would pretty much equal the S&P 500’s returns since then at today’s prices. BTC is volatile vs stocks but it always trends up. Trying to perfectly time shit is a fools errand

Anybody still shilling LINK at this point is a bagholder or jeet. Chainlink is no longer needed thanks to XRP and QNT (both are great projects to look into with 10x to 20x potential)

Given Monero's long history of crabbing and sharting against BTC, 10% is plenty. Provides a sizable hedge against reptilians without losing out on too much price action in the likely event that normalfags will continue to not care about privacy.

The best play for the guys who are playing low-risk and have big funds to invest. Although ETH is very bullish I do not see it going more than 100x.
Other booming narratives should be the focus for low budget and high return. INJ, TENET, PENDLE and CYMI are some good alternatives.
