No, those are symptoms of me having complex ptsd. Getting out in nature is a good practice and I do that when I walk my dog. I get sunlight and take probiotics everyday plus magnesium. I go to bed at 10am and wake up at 7am everyday, I eat relatively healthy. All those things are great but I need something that will cure my problem. I've been in fight or flight pretty much my whole life. The only thing that will fix my deep rooted trauma is going to some clinic with professionals and doing psychedelics in a safe environment. I've been to therapy for years, taken all kinds of medication plus talk therapy, none of it made any significant impact to were I could live like a normal, non traumatized person.

I am not going to give you a big life story of my background. But I will say abandonment issues are a bitch to deal with because it leads to self esteem and trust issues. Its hard, but once you start reaping the rewards from your efforts, the past stop affecting you as much. You BUILD a new life to focus on, not the old life. The damage has been done, the only thing that will help is to build a future for yourself that you want. Its really fucking hard and took me a decade to even figure out what I needed to do. Self awareness is important as well, if you only have one perspective, then you only have one reality. shrooms (again from my personal experience not saying i know everything about it) feel more "organic and wobbly" and can definitely be a puke inducing hardcore therapy session turning you inside out and upside down depending on the dosage. i prefer shrooms though cause i know it's naturally grown and not made in somebody's basement lab.
i recommend trying a very small dose of shrooms first, like one dried one and see if you can "vibe" with it and enjoy the ride.
