Howdy

What CEX has the lowest fees for trading BTC perpetuals and isn't really dodgy ? Looking on coinmarketcap it looks like MEXC is one of the lowest that I've actually heard of. I've heard of WhiteBit too but its volume is really low.

Where do you usually trade perpetuals with low fees ? I can't use Binance because I'm in Australia but other CEX's should be ok

mexc is a blatant stable coin driven scam
just a washtrading engine

True but just buy vbone (on cmc) and you will never have to worry about the stupid shit that 4chantards worry about. Ever.

i agree that it most probably is. Though wouldn't the price of a popular coin be arbitraged amongst other exchanges so it should have basically the same price ? Does that matter much, i don't know

Right now BTC on
MEXC is $30.600
Binance is $30.606

But if you know of a better exchange with low fees I can have a look at that

yeah i have heard bybit is one of the better ones. IvanOnTech talks about it a fair bit, and GMX. But DEX derivatives have pretty high fees and when you're not trading much it sucks. I was up almost 15% on a short and it was turning around so I closed it early and I ended up losing like $5 when I thought I was going to make about $40

The bybit fees don't look too bad
0.01% maker
0.06% taker
0.05% settlement
0.0023% funding rate

I was just wondering if there was one with no close fee or a 0.01 taker fee or something like that

they can withdraw crypto, just not fiat, apparently. MEXC been around for ages I see it a lot because I trade a lot of shitcoins and they end up there. The last one I saw was AIDoge, it did terribly though and raised like $20m or some crazy amount. But it wouldn't surprise me if they were wash trading

...I should add to that, i've been doing lots of short term trades with the perpetual things, like i'll only hold for 10 minutes to 30 minutes or so, so the fees add up pretty quickly doing that, i'm just seeing if there's a cheaper way to do it
