I can't understand people who want to get "jobs"

like I just got a zillow lineup of jobs,

>3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, aircraft design, welding, and mechanical systems preferred
>YOU ARE THE FACE OF ROAD RANGER
>our buffalo wild wings greeters are courteous, gentle, soft, helpful, understand the customer, the customer will stand on your back if necessary
>experienced forklift drivers

so like, why the fuck would I want any of these jobs, why would these bring me any fulfillment, why do I need over 5 years of experience, in every occupational field

honestly I don't think these companies are desperate enough for my help

when people say, jobs, or you have to get a good job, or the economy needs workers, or businesses are failing, I always wonder, who gives a fuck, I'll drive for uber for a few years and live in my car and then retire to a deer camp somewhere, what kind of stupid fuck actually wants a job, fuck all of you desperate simps

Anarchism is a one of the hundred -isms made up by the bourgeois revolutionaries to saturate the political field in an attempt to make the plebeians stop thinking that kings were a thing. Atheists rewrite history this way.
With its moronic humanistically wishful-thinking non-aggression principle (NAP), Anarchism is literally the atheist fantasy of ''humanism of the bourgeois, without the legal republic of the bourgeois'' so it remains 100% controlled by bourgeois intellectuals. ie ''humanism is awesome''. And of course it can't be done in real life. It's literally a power fantasy for impotent beta cuck atheists. This is why it appeals to bugmen like tranny-lover Ted Kazincky and vaginally herd-follower Ayn Rand. Before atheists, anarchism never fucking existed and nobody ever though about this crappy religion (or ideology like atheists say, about their own religions).

The State is memeshit. Hobbes's Leviathan is a Meme Complex as per Dawkins, Law is ex post facto codification of these prevailing meme complexes, Law has no power, State has no power, meme complexes hold all the power attributed to these institutions. Economy is different, Economy is an emergent property of people. Economy is positive sum. Economy always wins because Economy is self-organizing, self-correcting, and positive sum. History is not driven by politics, history is driven by Economy & Technology.

Hard money is highly desirable systemically as it forces positive sum activity, hard money however WAS impractical to use, being replaced by soft money hundreds of years ago. History has proven that 'backed' soft money will always be abused, the difficultly inherent in past hard money makes verification etc unwieldy, leading backed soft money to become unbacked over time. But the systemic economic value of hard money remains, BTC (all PoW Crypto really) is hard money that's easy to use, that is it's value. It is not in competition with the financial system, it is in competition with fiat. BTC will continue to grow as long as statists debase, which they will never stop doing as debasement is the lever which they use to manipulate the economy. While Economy is naturally positive sum, fiat allows the manipulation of Economy to favor zero and even negative sum economic transactions! Blasphemy! Economy will not abide. You see powerful parasites and say "they are too powerful, we can't fight them" Economy sees powerful parasites and says "so much free value!". BTC is the sword Economy wields to slay the parasites, BTC's Becoming is guaranteed by the systemic economic value gained by fiat's demise.

Im a mid wit and had just had this argument with my in laws both are lawyers. I say, culture drives the law. The law has terms of "reasonable" . Well what is reasonable? That is culturally determined. I see "meme complexes" and I think culture. These guys also are of the sort to want gun control laws. Remove the guns(technology), control the money (economoy) . Control the economy with fiat , control the culture "meme complexes" through law and economic threats. Why did we use hard money to begin with? Were governements collapsing so often their fiat had no confidence? What was the real catalyst to fiat systems and why we keep using them dispite the disadvantages?

It's a few things
>companies have to try to hire Americans before they can beg the government for H1B Pajeet visas, whenever you see a job posting that says something completely retarded like "10 years of experience and PhD required; starting pay $14/hr no benefits must be available nights and weekends and holidays" that's exactly what is happening, when they inevitably don't find anyone willing to accept their shit job they cry to the government about how they just can't find any qualified Americans who want to work for them so they have no choice but to hire H1B Pajeets
>H1Bs were intended to fill highly skilled positions that we legit have trouble filling, not corporate welfare to let (((executives))) suppress white collar pay, if it were up to me the H1B minimum wage would be 200K to end this bullshit
>some companies already know the job is going to an internal hire/promotion or a nepotism hire but policy requires them to place a posting anyways, this is very common with government postings too
>some companies are trying to con investors and the market into thinking they are healthier than they really are so they put up job postings they have no intention to fill; it sounds a lot better to announce at a shareholder meeting "We have X openings this quarter" instead of "We are on a hiring freeze because we're hemorrhaging money and can't afford more payroll"

The reason H1B visas were created was to fill specialized/highly skilled jobs we legitimately don't have enough Americans to do, not to drive down American salaries by hiring Pajeets and Changs to replace American workers for a fraction of the pay like they have morphed into. (((Businesses))) are abusing this by creating absurd job postings that are designed to fail so they can cry to the government about how they have to hire Pajeets since they can't find the highly skilled American workers necessary for their business. With a 200K H1B minimum wage that would make sure these visas are only used to hire doctors or other specialists that are critically needed rather than enabling a race to the bottom by destroying good American jobs.

Hard money lost dominance because it WAS, pre-BTC, transactionally expensive and cumbersome not because soft money had inherit economic advantage. Bitcoin solves money, the ease of soft money with the robustness of hard, cryptographically ensuring an impartial and uncorruptible scale on which to balance economic transactions.

The beauty of crypto is it does not need institutional or state support for it's ascension, it will continue to appreciate because statists are grifters that will never stop debasing fiat, and as crypto gains capitalization it's use and value as a stateless, impartial store of value will increase, until one day people will ask themselves "why am I simping for fiat? >. Bitcoin solves money, the ease of soft money with the robustness of hard, cryptographically ensuring an impartial and uncorruptible scale on which to balance economic transactions.

money is unsolvable, it attempts to solve a np hard problem in p time. Price and quantity are not independent variables, than cannot be plotted on a 2d axis. All monetary systems leak, hence why over 5000 years, all hard monies are cleverly debased until the the situation becomes so precarious that wars break out to re accumulate the gold under a new mint, hence voltaires saying on fiat currencies.

Bitcoin offers a different way to reset the gold-fiat-lead cycle, as the lead cycle this time is nuclear drone swarms. We will still be in a slavish state after the end of fiat, but hopefully it wont be systemized by an unelected invisible money printer, it would be more natural lawish.

It's probably just a greater workload on the management and the other competent staff.

They don't require "5 years experience". Just apply anyway. Firms put up the experience requirement for entry level positions to shield themselves from discrimination lawsuits. If Tyrone applies for a job, fails the interview, and sues the company (this happens far more often then you think) the HR department can always fall back on the experience requirement as why they did not hire him.

This is the same reason why we have to get college degrees for basic bitch jobs btw. In the good old days large firms used aptitude tests or literal IQ tests for hiring people right off the street. Griggs v. Duke Power Co (1971) made this illegal because blacks scored to low on these tests. So the next best thing to objectively test for talent was college education, since the average college grad was ~115 IQ and the lawyers and government bureaucrats all agreed that hiring based on credentials wasn't racist. Now that grade inflation has absolutely decimated the quality of human capital coming out of the university system, resulting in a average 100 IQ undergrad, they require even more degrees, credentials, etc.

Are you joking? How secure is a bag of gold? How long and how much would it cost to transport a billion dollars of gold across the planet? How difficult would PROVING that you had a billion dollars of gold be? BTC is hard money that's easier than fiat to use. The killer app of blockchain IS money, BTC was the first and the oldest, BTC will be THE money, it will uplift the rest of (real) crypto, XMR included. XMR definitely is the future of cash, but the only 'flippening' will be when BTC flips fiat. Never forget that fiat is the primary lever Statists have over the world, not because they can spy on transactions but because they can funnel counterfeit money into unproductive avenues, leaching the very life blood of EVERY productive person and shoveling it into the hungry maw of oligarchs and other statist parasites. This is basically the idea. Entry-level jobs are a meme. They don't exist outside of large internship/rotational funnels straight from Universities where big corporations essentially get the pick of the litter.

If you don't work for a brand name company to get through their internship program and maybe 2 years of post-graduate training, you will essentially be unhirable unless you network/grind like a motherfucker to eventually get the same pedigree on your resume.

This is why you see so many companies scouting talent coming out of 2 years investment bank analyst programs and hiring FAANG engineers after they have gotten past L1 & internships. These are the only people that get proper training in our economy because most other companies don't have the scale, stability, or willingness to train others.

There's a reason these companies with training programs retain their competitive advantages while the pop-up marginal companies do their best to leech off the talent. If more companies were run with a long-term mindset we wouldn't have this issue but most managers are just looking to get paid the next year/quarter.
