This is basically the idea. Entry-level jobs are a meme. They don't exist outside of large internship/rotational funnels straight from Universities where big corporations essentially get the pick of the litter.

If you don't work for a brand name company to get through their internship program and maybe 2 years of post-graduate training, you will essentially be unhirable unless you network/grind like a motherfucker to eventually get the same pedigree on your resume.
