Why does everyone keep saying we have to lose everything for the next bull-run to start?

Like I see people saying BNB has to goto $10, LINK has to goto $0, BTC has to goto 10k or less, and until these things happen the next run cant start

Why do these things have to happen for the next run to start?

Why does binance have to die for the next run to start?

Its just like you keep pushing and pushing for more and more and more.

Are we all supposed to lose everything and then miss out on the next run? Is that how it works? I dont get it.

To purge normoids. Protip: crypto is a ponzi and bull runs are orchestrated by whales. Can't set off a bull run to a new ATH when there are untold millions of normalfaggots diamond handing bags waiting to dump at their 60k-30k entry. They bust be buck broken and made to sell at the bottom. They need to be made to delete goybase and go away. One a normoid FOMOs in and pumps our bags it needs to be forced out of crypto for the cycle to end. If they never capitulate then the cycle never ends and we get the golden crab run.

>> No.55316576

>>55314704
>Are we all supposed to lose everything and then miss out on the next run?
If you hold e.g. BTC with no intent to sell and it goes down to $10K, you haven't lost anything. You temporarily can't sell, which is the same as if, say, the market closed. Indeed the market is closing, as exchanges are imploding. Trading thus cannot happen, since where would it, if Binance is gone? The price thus bifurcates: whoever wants to sell wants to sell desperate, and thus sells to whomever he can, maybe even at $10K. But conversely, whoever wants to buy also wants to buy desperately, and he'll, too, buy it any price once he finds a seller. What actually happens is that the spreads widen (though most people can't imagine a spread as wide as, say, $10K-$200K. Their brains can't process that that's a spread at all, being so large) - which IS what occurs during conditions of illiquidity, themselves caused by the shutdown of trading venues, as the SEC is currently attempting to do.
But let's suppose that the aforementioned spread materializes, and two trades to happen: one for the $200K/BTC and one for the $10K/BTC. The guy who bought for $200K is not going to disclose that, he doesn't want to embarrass himself. Likewise, the guy who bought for $10K also won't write an article about the "amazing deal", he'll, at most, have gritted his teeth and kept quiet (despite it having been, by his own standards, as evidenced by the fact that he bought when the price was only $10K, a "great deal"). The guy who sold for $200K will also keep his mouth shut. This leaves the guy who sold for $10K out of these four, and he'll write angrily/despondently about "the price being done" - as he naturally would, he was forced to sell cheaply.
So it's not that "we have to lose everything for the bullrun to start", it's that we are suffering from illiquidity due to governments as well as the exchanges' own foolishness killing it off. And the government wants to take over liquidity for itself.

>> No.55316658

>>55316576
To make the last part a bit more precise: it is the incentive of large players to control the market (run the exchanges). To do this, they, if they have power, try to kill pre-existing exchanges with a more or less perfunctory excuse ("money laundering"), or via inducing FUD (I don't mean what we colloquially mean by "FUD", but sowing actual fear, uncertainty, and doubt, as you see all around you). If the existing exchanges die or get taken over as a result, they can institute control, possibly by launching their own (to "save people", naturally; "this is for your benefit"). Once they do have control over the market, they can parasitize upon liquidity by either grifting off of it monetarily (though it's not as if the original exchanges hadn't done that; that is the business model, but they at least were incentivized by market forces to minimize their profit from trading fees), or by exerting violent control in the form of arbitrarily shutdowns and exclusions from the market.
This type of action reduces, and is aimed at reducing, liquidity, but from your perspective as a market participant, because spreads widen to inconceivable levels due to illiquidity, experience this as "the price going down". So in a sense, "we do have to lose everything for the next bull run", and it's not a wholly incorrect but fundamentally incomplete inference.

Crypto hasn't had a bull run since 2017. It went up in 2021, but that was a part of the everything bubble when every asset mooned. Crypto underperformed in 2021.

For crypto to have another bull run, we need to see it do something new like it did in 2017 with Ethereum.

Maybe cross chain dapps and interoperability with banks will allow for that. As it stands, crypto's only use case is sending tokens around in a horribly inefficient and confusing way.

Blockchain as a technology is being adopted, but not in a way that makes your tokens valuable.

because blackrock is trying to fork all of crypto into
a) their official and US gov approved "central bank digital currency" ala CBDC (essentially wrapped bitcoin)
b) illegal securities held by domestic and foreign financial terrorists (white people)
when they say "the next bull run" they specifically are referring to their cbdc mooning but for that to happen they need
a) normies to be violently anti-crypto so they can make them buy their cbdc bags and fleece them as usual
b) crypto holders to give up and either sell their coins for fiat (and pay taxes to skim off as much as possible) or later exchange their btc for cbdc
both of which will make cbdc moon and start a new meme bull run.
a "natural" crypto bull run will not be allowed anymore which is why government backed institutions like blackrock are shorting all your alt coin holdings into the ground via infinite amounts of printed dollars. it's to make you give up and sell or kill yourself.
remember: if you hold crypto (You) are the enemy #1 of the US and Israel and the gov, feds and jews want you dead.

For sure, dca is a nice strategy, if you try timing the market you’re bound to lose every time.
just threw a shit ton into Ride an hour ago to increase my staking reward on X exchange, this will help me to hold until I see the number I want.

>there is no second horde of normies who are gonna buy your bags
i don't think you understand. Dollars, Euros, any kind of fiat are "the bags"

I've noticed the same thing, bruv. That's why I'm stacking up on a bunch of low-cap gems to ride the wave. Tokenmetrics is a fucking lifesaver, predicting the perfect buy and sell zones. We gotta be ready for the bulls' epic comeback to stay ahead of the game, yk.

Think of money as cocaine and the (((market))) as the addict that uses it. Each high needs to be higher and each low needs to be hopelessly lower, to the point where everyone feels true despair. At some point though, once things have gone ridiculously high, people refuse to feel the despair during the normal lows and the desire to maximize gains will make them tip the game so low that everything comes crashing down in cinders

Damn straight, bro! You're speaking my language. I'm stacking up on BTC, ETH, ATOM, and just recently hopped on the RIDE train after that sick token burn. I'm just gonna buckle up and see what the next cycle has in store for us, it'll be one hell of a mad ass spike!

All those speculations are blatant lies. Crypto is here to stay and the next run will start without crashing first, but since we're in bearmarket you can play safe by staying in stablecoins and even earn yield from them through Aave, SpoolFi, Idle etc while watching the market. It's gems discovery season.
