There's too much weird shit going on with this chain for there to not be at least *something* there. I don't know who or what it is, but none of this has been "normal" in my experience. Literally never seen this before in my entire time in the space. It's incredibly strange and bizarre.

If you look at the bread crumbs you can see a reason as to why CZ would want to use USTC, or at least have it as a hedge. I'd have it as a hedge personally if I was CZ, especially if I controlled a large amount of the supply and knew I could get large multiples on my investment upon a successful repeg and also have a "decentralized coin" that is implicitly centralized (but not in any obvious way) - illusion of control and all that. We're already seeing it with the governance, why wouldn't we also see it with USTC, ya know?

We've got parity now (at a cost of broken smart contracts), but it's here now. So we're a couple Cosmos SDK upgrades away from being inline with the rest of the wider Cosmos. That counts for something.

I believe the market module and swaps are *the* key for getting higher burns (dapps and utility making higher volume helps as well, but solving market module also solves product market fit *and* burns, so it's really the most important thing to be focusing on). At the end of the day the supply is just a number. What we really need to solve is liquidity flow and collateralization in a data driven manner. Hence the USTC team.

There is a chance here for some positive progress to happen if this USTC Team prop passes and I get to do some of the things I want to do for fixing the chain, but I know that I don't control that - it'll be up to the validators (Allnodes especially), and while community sentiment plays a part, it doesn't play as big of a part as the validators and how they vote do.
