Of course not. It'll most likely get back above the support eventually, or rather break through the resistance. But it might take some time, maybe more than a year.

But you should keep in mind that technically BTC could stay below the resistance forever and still go up. Not that staying below it forever is likely. I simply mean that staying below it doesn't mean the price goes down. It would basically be the opposite of what it did until 2022; instead of rising in price while moving around above the support it instead goes up in price while moving around below the resistance. It would just take a very long time until new ATH.
