The problem with this idea is that you can't know how the future will go. Even if you're confident a company will produce a great product someday, the rest of the market might not see it the same way, the stock could dump 90%, and then the next capital raise slaughters your investment via dilution at a massively lower valuation.
The reason VCs can make profit scaling up investments in unprofitable startups over years is that they control the valuation. When the startup comes back a year or two later for more funding, their own participation keeps the valuation marked up in their books. Eventually, if the company succeeds and goes public and can operate organically from that point on, the VC gets liquidity to exit. That doesn't work for public companies.
You can pray that whatever unprofitable company you hold will go into some speculative bubble and get pushed up to retarded valuations, then dilute at a higher price than you paid and use that massive capital injection to create a floor above your entry valuation. That worked for TSLA investors, for example, but its rare. As an outside investor, you have no real control over this.

What you should be aiming for as a long-term buy and hold in public markets is a company that is already compounding and growing organically, a company that has a product and is consistently profitable. They'll have the option to dilute or buyout cheaper competitors, if pumped to retarded valuations, but not the necessity.

Sub 500m market cap and average daily volume of $1-2 mil so it's pretty easy to pump if you bait a few retards in this general and elsewhere to start buying calls. Some heavy shilling triggered a pump to $15 after their earnings report back in February, but then disappeared.

There's also been some delusional bullish hype thesis that this $500m company with 20-30m cash will secure multiple billions in CHIPS act funding. While the CHIPS act is clearly beneficial, as it is to any company planning to expand manufacturing in the US, a quick read makes it clear that companies are required to front most of the money themselves.
