>browsing internet now and will go for a walk and then sleep or vidya and then the gym

I don't really know how I'm employed. I have no technical skills and people can't stand to be around me. I have only had vague bureaucrat jobs where I have vaguely defined responsibilities and no real authority. I'm not sure if I'm really smart, more just a pedant that can avoid spelling and formatting mistakes.

I'm having to do actual work now but I'm hoping to be able to adapt and relax within a few weeks.

Hi chads. I posted in the last thread before it died. That was my first post in /wfh/ in about a year or so, and I hope to post more often as it seems a little dead around here.

I was stressed this week as my main task was to plan out a strategy for an upcoming project, while I prefer actually writing code and having tangible results. But today I woke up at 11:30 and suddenly felt better. I just pictured a smug pepe in my head and decided I'd stop giving a fuck. My boss is happy with me so I don't need to overthink it. I'm off to the gym now, I've been fairly shredded lately but I want to see how far I can push it. Stay fresh /wfh/ chads

Hello this is Chad, can't wait to get up at 5AM and hit the gym tomorrow before coming home and alternating between statistics and epidemiology research, masturbation, and really good home cooking. Maybe later I'll talk to my family about where to invest the $5k/month I'm making after expenses, or maybe I'll just get super lit at 2:40 (I'm not dyslexic) and continue working bombed out of my gourd before switching to StarCraft.

I understand at an abstract level that the one main thing missing from my life (pussy) will probably require moving out or be harder to get while I'm still on my parent's property, but that's OK.

I lost my wfh status for gay hybrid 3 days in office. There's nothing that requires my physical presence because I work from a computer. I hate it here.

Can't quit because I haven't found a new remote job that pays anywhere near what I was earning.

Same boat. I'm bummed about the 3 days in office especially when it's just taking team calls but from the cubicle. Though I've been coming including my commute time as work time which is about 2 1/2 hours, So I only work 4 1/2 hours. The other 1 hour is my company lunch. (We have a buffet on site and it's good and the only reason why I go now). I would love another job but the remote/hybrid work + comfy food + 90k salary is nice. Though I know I can demand 130k or more at this point, it's just comfy and I know what to do while I work on my own passions.
