I made $250K a couple months ago. Spent a ton of it, almost half. Guitars, keyboards, a couch, a nice recording desk, top of the line tv and PC, new top of the line iPad Pro with Procreate. And then a huge chunk of it invested into LINK that immediately crashed lmao. But yeah I have everything I could ever possibly want right now and a bunch of some shitcoin that hopefully makes me rich in half a decade. All I want to do is maintain this exact lifestyle. I have my waifu and my dogs and we all work from home, I own my house, live in a supremely comfy college town with great food and great music scene as well as sports. Great weather too.

Is it smarter to just save it all? Probably, but I also haven’t bought shit since 2016 except for food and I’ve had insane health issues for years that aren’t gonna get better until cures arrive next decade. I could die or become a vegetable in a year. And now I have an insanely comfy setup where I can play and record music all day and play vidya and watch kino films and shows and spend time with my senpai. You don’t live forever, if I died tomorrow I’d be happy that I reached such a level of happiness.

I’m probably a bit older than you. But either way I set out from a pretty early age to strategically maximize my comfiness in life. I didn’t have much fun in my early twenties I just put myself in a position to be comfy down the line. However I also didn’t go crazy with work back then because it can trap you, whenever an opportunity arose that would mean more money down the line but also more stress and less free time, I turned it down. I sought out the quickest way to get good money with the least amount of work and stress possible and the maximum amount of freedom. I moved to a college town because the go-getters all move to major cities and the older people in a college town are all people with Peter Pan complexes who want to remain college kids forever. That means it’s a more laid back and lazy lifestyle with less responsibilities. I don’t have a huge social network because I hate obligations, I intentionally ghost people all the time to make sure they don’t burden me with constant meetups and shit. I have a few close friends and some drinking buddies and music buddies. I’m also very close with my family. As far as getting a waifu I'm a tall handsome dude so that’s kind of an outlier aspect that’s just luck. Most people consider me a waste of looks and brains desu, but internally it’s all calculated. It’s a simple Epicurean approach to living. I know that the rat race and vying for status is basically a meme unless you’re a sociopath.
But as I mentioned I have legit health problems and I probably won’t live to see 40-45. If I could trade all this to be healthy and live to 90 I would. If you’re healthy you should be grateful.
