The only ones who will benefit will be those with enoguh capital to slurp the dip.
You don't actually think rent is going to go down and stay down?
It might drop temporarily but it'll just go back up again.
Only this time you'll be paying a fucking company.
Don't be retarded and be prepared to buy whenever you think is a good entry.

Great. Because unlike any shitcoins, a house is useful outside of something to speculate on, and I'd like to buy another.

> Muh house prices will fall down by six million percent as we speak!
Meme article, I'll believe it when I see it. I found another article that read the value of property going down, but the asking prices increasing.

Homeowners do not want to budge on the selling price, it's not like 2008 where you had to sell your house asap or lose everything.

As someone that has enough cash to buy a property (I live with my parents), I have been keenly interested in this, and left unamused with every "MUH HOUSE PRICE SINKING!" followed by "MUH HOUSE PRICE RISING!" articles the next day.

After 10 years of bull market it takes some time for sellers to realize their new position.
On the way up prices also didn't just jump to high numbers all of a sudden.
I wait till I see fear instead of greed in the eyes of the sellers.

the thing is when listings start piling up investors start panicking and moving towards the door. An illiquid investment is worthless.

The pod sounds terrible until you consider your co-tenant might be a Japanese girl who leaves her pantyhose draped over the cubicle partition.
