Bear markets are a good time to move to Dubai but it all depends on your home country.
Most have exit taxes.
Even those with no exit taxes (Eastern Europe) still have corrupt prosecutors and braindead people who'll eat themselves alive at the view of someone who made it not paying tax.
But yeah, if you're australian, or murican, you pay up first and then you move.
But it's still the correct decision.
Dubai is safer than where you live, institutions are more functional, roads are better, there's plenty of girls keeping their virginity for marriage, schools are top notch (expensive though) weather is not that bad - you can go to the beach for 7 months and either stay in an air conditioned place until 5pm for the other 5, or just move to some Euro country for the summer (make sure they have double-tax treaties with the UAE, and they don't tax you unless you spend 183days+, eg Austria taxes you once you hit 90 so be careful).

If you're murican, you'll still owe taxes even when you move.
You need to buy a carribean citizenship first, then pay up the exit tax, and then move, but it's still better than the alternative, trust me.

Ask me anything about Dubai btw, happy to answer

Does it have a money trail to a KYC CEX? I'd say you could probably move to a third world country, open a bank account, and withdraw, but a of countries have reporting treaties with the USA.

Dubai is expensive, might not be affordable long-term with just 500k, but an online acquaintance of mine moved there as a war refugee and set up shop as a dev consultant so maybe it's possible.

What is the process like to cash out in Dubai? What do they require from you? AFAIK I'm supposed to live there for 6 months before being allowed to cash out? Are they crypto friendly? I read conflicting answers regarding that so I'm not sure what to trust yet. I'm not American btw, and I should also specify that I don't intend to live there long term.

If all your assets, onchain or offchain, are associated with or can be traced to the same CEX account you deposited your own money, it can probably be reported.

If you got the bulk of your holdings through non-KYC means and it's never crossed paths with your KYC money trail, that can probably be withdrawn overseas. Do diligence into which countries do or don't report finances.

i do live in Turkey, we have no fucking taxes on crypto, it's a paradise, come here i would help you out for %5, i'm already at 7 figures so i wouldn't scam you.

>> No.55206143 [DELETED]

if you want to 'cash out' your crypto without paying taxes or being traced, you need to lose it for have it stolen from you first

you must file a police report and allow an investigation to take place

then after some time has passed you will need to cash it out in a third world shithole like cambodia and paying a premium fee to the criminals who will help you launder the money for a cut

>>55206062
I wouldn't trust this guy in particular but people like this can launder crypto for you in exchange for a cut.

Never tell them how much you actually have. If you clue them in that you have high 5 figures or mid 6 figures you will probably be tortured and for it then killed. Doing small sums like 5 to 10 k and they wont bother, and will just accept a cut.

Ideally you cash out while not officially being in the country where the cash out is taking place. If you are placed geographically by visa entry and exit in a country where an illicit cash out is happening, you are as good as got.

Generally speaking, the easiest way to turn btc into cash is to turn it into drugs then sell the drugs and launder that type of money in a traditional way such as through a front business.

In any case, you are looking at significant shave off your holdings, which may eventually amount to more than taxes would have been in the first place.

So, you are having to decide if you want to pay your taxes to government criminals, or to civilian criminals, in the end.

All over?
I'm a bit older than you fags, so my friends have teenage daughters.
Pretty much all of them are virgins. Also very well behaved in public, and family oriented.
There's no drugs in school, and no drinking culture in school, either.
Girls who grow up here rarely become whores, at least compared to the west.
It's the perfect synergy of whores and wife material, while the west mostly raises girls to be half of each (aka a burrito that's half wagyu, half horse shit, good appetite).
>>55205913
Southern Europe in general. A lot of these on the Balkans, too. Spanish girls tend to be fat on average, I'd go looking more to the East, since the few good looking Spanish chicks will have 500 orbiters already.
>>55205881
>What is the process like to cash out in Dubai?
Currently difficult, but by the time you arrive the Revolut alternatives (Wio and Zand) will be live, so probably ez pz. Right now banks do not support crypto, so you either have to lie, or rely on cash. Which is easier than you think, you can buy anything with cash here.
Afaik Rakbank has a deal with kraken, but in order to open an account there you need proof of 6 months of waging, I'm assuming this is where this rumour started.
If you're amerircan you owe money to the IRS anyway, I'd honestly just cash out through Chase and then send to FAB/Mashreq.
>>55206166
Westoids think of greeks as some sophisticated philosophical people, and jump straight into buying real estate, only to find out nothing in that country works, as it's the average Balkan country with below average service quality, even for the Balkans. Their islands are gorgeous though. It's just the cities that suck.
Also in order to fix their deficit they gave tax exemptions for wealthy foreigners, and started selling residency permits that allow you to apply for citizenship not so long after, which is attractive for non-westerners (mostly Chinese).

By "rely on cash" I meant that it's very easy to sell crypto for cash in many OTC desks, fees are typically less than 1%.
There's also OTC desks that allow you to make big purchases with crypto through them, via a 3-way contract (they pay the other counterparty, after you pay them in crypto, costs between 0.8-1.3% and works with real estate, luxury cars, long-term rental contracts, etc).

Living in a monarchy is the best part, but I didn't want to get political.
Especially the lack of freedom of the press.
It's PERFECT. Now you don't have a zombie population that thinks about politics 90% of the time while being shit at their job. You aren't getting dragged in a political argument. The major topic of the day isn't getting set by screeching lowlifes. You don't have a government that throws your money at anyone who yells in front of a building, just to keep them quiet.
Singapore was my first choice, but it was closed cause of the modern flu. Either way, no way I'm moving to a democracy ever again.

The only thing Australia needs to remain rich is to at least respect property rights. If they do so, the rich Chinese will keep the country running, but they're too stupid to even do that, so it's going down the drain.

How does Dubai treat people who like Japanese culture?
Is it dangerous to import their goods there?

I remember a story of a Japanese engineer who got problems because he imported his dvd porn collection.

My other worry is that my mother won't be able to come there to visit me because she is narcissistic due to her codependency.
Dubai seems to be a country for people with a positive mindset and not tolerate negative behavior.
Did you run into this issue? Do you travel outside of Dubai to see your family?
