Recently I have begun leaving my landlord a 20% on my monthly rental payments. I recognize that I am extremely privileged to have stable housing & feel by leaving a tip, I am helping my less fortunate landlord stay afloat during these economically turbulent times.

I personally don't understand why you people use seed oils to do that? Also I use lard and tallow if I even have extra I just put it in a glass dish to use the next time if their is any left. If I don't use it up when I cook up scrambled eggs, as it absorbs into the eggs so I can get as much of that fat as I can.
