Can anybody explain what this means. The house is tokenized I offer the buyer a loan at maybe 3.9% instead of the banks 4% and in turn I get a token equivalent of the money I put? For simplicities Sake say the house is worth 100k, I give loan for 25kand I get 25 tokens for that? Is tokenization really just a way to fractionalize ownership?
