There's a repeat customer who I call TV man. He is ALWAYS hopping around high on meth, speed, crack, or the hair from those old MLP toys. He also speaks like a parrot huffing paint thinner. "SHIT man gotta fuckin get up inna hood man SHIT MAN buy my TV MAN SHIT man". When I said no because his remote was crammed with powdered human sperm, he started saying he was going to "FUcking DUST you man fucking KEEL you FUCK Mane". Good guy.

Also had a crackhead buy a hatchet from me, then buy an angle grinder from me, then try to sharpen the hatchet with the angle grinder. Inside of the store.

i should also mention that in his spare time, TV man camps out in the bushes across the way, and eats the grass on their lawn.

How do you price items that these people offered you? Is it purely based on item's inherent value or seller's condition?

depends. gold, silver, and platinum keep value the best. i personally would buy that in a heartbeat, but the company wouldn't want to

to buy them, i usually go whatever price will give us the best margin. it's scummy, i admit. to actually put stuff out for sale, we go with retail prices. HOWEVER. always ask pawn shop employees for their best price. they often have a lot of leeway.
