This world needs more nft collections that have utility that are connected to an app that has an ecommerce store that sells toothbrushes and the accompanying replacement bristles for added protocol revenue.

I don't think I've ever seen a crypto project distributing irl items like that. Sounds like it could be a disaster.

There's loads of NFT projects that send physical rewards to holders. Easy to produce shit, sure, but it happens a lot more often than you think.

Smart contract: agreement between two parties facilitated by code.

E.g :

If 'x' item is sent to [address] before 'y' block height, credit sender address.

This is a simple exchange between two merchants that could be executed automatically on-chain, however the problem is linking on-chain items to their real world equivalent.
If you have an NFT that represents a crate of eggs, if those eggs get destroyed or consumed the NFT can't know that, unless every single crate of eggs is only redeemable for the associated serial code, in which case that's just retarded.
I could see it working for things like cars or houses, but it doesn't provide normal people any real advantage. With non-blockchain systems you can still list and sell your items online, moreover; checks still need to take place to appraise the property, the Blockchain cannot know the state of the property or item.
This is a bit of a dead end I'm still trying to solve.

Tell me where to find the good ones because god damn nothing I find has the pre-hype required to launch them high.

The problem really is that things like storage factories etc never dipped their toes in crypto because of regulation and very possible criminal activity so factories and the like dont usually serve projects in the market.
