In the gta, since its an investment I'm open to buying anywhere in southern Ontario, but I want to be able to rent it out, so the area needs to be somewhat desirable.
I don't have much equity.. So I'm thinking of just saving till I get to 200-300k. To get a good mortgage or outright buy.
