Imagine being a Normie and buying one of these, unironically thinking it is a good investment. When I hear someone is "saving up for a house" I just think "that's someone who doesn't understand economics".

the average person isn't investing the amount they save by renting into a 401k. the average lifelong renter is a poorfag who would be better served by debtmaxxxing into a house.

it's much better to be a poorfag and have a paid off shitty house in your 60s than to be a poorfag and be rentcucking in your 60s. your jew landlord WILL raise your rent 5% a year while social security "cost of living" adjustments will be sub-inflationary.

In Belgium nigger. A rather rich western country with one of the best real estate laws and taxes except for maybe luxembourg
Again, I'm saving money on mortgage being less than rent. I'm saving money on all kind of tax incentives and green agenda incentives.
Interest rate is fixed sub 2% for the full duration of 20 years. Total paid will be roughly 175%. If my house doesn't get to 175% in 20 years theres bigger problems than that.
Now all depends on maintenance. My home being good quality and not papier mâché like USA it isn't a problem. I also got 0% loans for energy renovations and 70% of those renovations paid by the taxpayer. So I have a 0% loans for 30% of home improvement (walls + new roof with insulation), costing me like 12k out of roughly 40k. If you can't profit from inflation and green scam shit like rich people do you're the nigger
