The person filing Form 3 on the SEC was Michael A Alrutz, who was involved in another biotech in 2008, called Trimeris who made a cancer drug, who later got acquired by Aurigene Oncology. I can't find any price history of these companies for obvious reasons (the latter being a private entity), but obviously it worked out and they got acquired.

CMRX also has 70% ownership between insiders and institutions, and a big cash moat due to an arrangement with providing some smallpox antivirals to Canada for a few years. I don't really know what I'm doing but I have like $1200 in it just in case it moons in a few months
